I decided to upgrade my thermostat, and called Wardour. They installed our furnace and thermostat in 2013, and we had a great experience with them. The office manager was really helpful and friendly. She checked with installers to make sure that the thermostat model I was about to buy on Amazon would be compatible; I had an answer the same day. Alex Kim arrived on time, installed it quickly, and waited until I made sure it connected to our WiFi. Overall, a super-professional guy! I completely recommend Wardour for any of your HVAC needs.

I have used Wardour for years and I cannot begin to say how excellent they are. They are responsive, reasonable, knowledgeable and thorough. They have repaired our furnace, our heat pumps, added ductless air systems and replaced controllers. I would never call any other company.

We recently purchased a 1950’s home with much to be done! We immediately bought a new HAVC system and relocated the unit from an old closet to the attic. We also replaced the condenser outside. Wardour Heating and Air did a clean, quick, thorough job at a reasonable price with respectful, well-mannered employees:) we will continue to use this company:)

His crew (Ricardo, Jesus, Mario, Eric & Diego) showed up promptly and knocked the job out in 2 days time.  Not only were they polite, thorough and detailed, but did an exceptional job cleaning up too, leaving the place nicer than when they showed up.

Moving forward, Wardour HVAC is my go-to. It’s nice to have a HVAC company you can trust, knowing they won’t rip you off, upsell you on some BS you don’t need, and most importantly, they aren’t too big of a company that they jack up prices and treat you like just another number.

Thank you Joel, Ricardo, Jesus, Mario, Eric & Diego! The AC is cranking, and my wife’s a happy camper…which means that by default, so am I 😉

I normally don’t leave any comments on services, but this company deserves it. Last night our a/c stop working and mid-august the weather is not nice. Called Wardour first thing Saturday morning, no answer, even though it showed hours 0830-1200. Tried to call a few times cuz I really needed the a/c to keep us comfortable. No one answered nor did I leave a message thinking whom to call now because I could not wait till Monday morning. Within a few minutes, Pam from Wardour reached out to me via text to see if I had an emergency. I replied it was kinda sorta important and she schedules Alex to come out within 90 mins. Fantastic! Then joel(owner) calls me to see what I needed. Ok over the top service. 2 hours later, everything is back to normal at my house. Any heating or a/c issues, don’t waste your time with other companies, call Joel and his company.

For HVAC work this is your best bet. The one problem is that their work is so good they are in constant demand and sometimes you have to wait before they can come by.

Wardour installed my system nine years ago. Been great up until recently when the blower motor went out. The motor was out of warranty and hard to find. Alex was out to troubleshoot and identify the issue. Jesus kept me informed on parts acquisition and scheduling. Alex returned at the scheduled time for installation and all is well. While it was explained that this particular part is very expensive and hard to come by, Jesus and Alex did all they could to make it as painless as possible.

Called Monday at 10am hoping to get repaired that day, they showed up at 2pm and had finished by 3:30. Had to clean out water drain for condensation. Tech was prompt and did a great job and checked out ac unit as well. My family has used Wardour HVAC for 20 years always professional.

Wardour HVAC installed our A/C unit to our pre-existing furnace about 3 years ago. When we went to turn on the A/C for the 1st time this season last night, the A/C wasn’t blowing cold air. This morning I called Wardour hoping to get someone out within a few days. They were out here in about 2 hours. Alex identified the problem and immediately took care of it. I wasn’t even charged. I chose Wardour originally based on the great reviews for Joel and Company. Now, I’m really happy with that choice.

I am 59 years old and have lived in Southern California all my life.  I have never lived in a house with air conditioning.  When it came time for us to replace our heating system, we decided to add air conditioning.  There was a Wardour’s truck in the neighborhood, so we called them. They had good reviews. Our experience with them was no different.  The Wardour team is Joel, Diana and Jesus.  Together they did a very professional job of removing and replacing our old heating system, taking care of permits, and answering all of our questions.  Joel came by before, during and after the job to make sure everything was correct.  I think these guys are great and would recommend them to anybody who wants a new heating and air conditioning system installed.  They do a very professional job but add that personal touch.

Joel and his guys replaced our old and very expensive to run HVAC system in just a few days.  The guys were all super nice so it made what would normally be a dreaded experience very nice!  We found Wardour after 2 other neighbors had used them and loved them.  Joel found us a compressor for the AC that is incredibly quiet!  We can sit out on our deck and have a conversation now.  Wish we’d done this when we moved in 5 years ago!
